Came across this tool for pair programming, seems interesting. It can be used when you don't have anyone to pair with or your manager thinks pair programming is a waste of time. Its an Eclipse plugin that allows you to pair with a "Virtual Programmer".
Finally, you can now start pair programming with yourself!
